Whilst there, Carter's body is overrun by a Goa'uld that was hiding in the body of an injured Nasyan. Only one person notices this, and that is Cassandra who tells O'Neill, who promptly tries to bargain for Carter's life. O'Neill discovers that the Goa'uld is, in fact, opposed to the violent ways of his race but that he has been followed by an assassin.
