With the Temporal Cold War finally behind them, the crew of Enterprise return to Earth. Struggling to put the experiences of the past year behind him, Archer is ordered to take an enforced vacation and get his act together. Meanwhile, Travis, Mayweather, and Phlox learn first hand the extent of the xenophobia that has plagued Earth since the Xindi attack.
