Enterprise arrives on a planet a Xindi ship visited. Archer, Reed and Hoshi become infected with a strange mutating virus; T'Pol is unaffected by it. As Phlox races to find a cure, a group of aliens who know about the virus's origin and purpose come to the planet, intent on doing whatever it takes to contain it.
