Archer prepares to put his life on the line in a risky gambit to intercept the Xindi superweapon before it reaches Earth. But before he can set off, he suddenly finds himself transported to a futuristic council hall where he is brought face-to-face with Daniels, the mysterious time-travelling operative, who informs Archer that the mission is too risky as his survival is crucial to the future of mankind. But brave Archer pays him no heed. Meanwhile, the Enterprise crew go head to head with the Sphere Builders as they seek to destroy the Sphere network.
