In a bid to penetrate the Xindi Council chamber, Enterprise attempts to enter a Xindi subspace corridor, with unexpected consequences. The corridor leads the crew to a bizarre encounter with the Enterprise of the future, under control of the crew's descendants. Having been sent over a hundred years back in time, they run the risk of destroying Enterprise as they attempt to return to their own epoch.
