On learning that the Xindi superweapon is set to be launched in a matter of days, Archer fixes up a secret rendezvous with Degra and Xindi-Arboreal in a last-ditch attempt to persuade the two high-ranking Xindi to abort the launch. However, a ruptured warp plasma conduit puts Enterprise on a near destructive tilt, while the arrival of a hostile Reptilian ship threatens the very fabric of the peace meeting.
