When Archer and T'Pol learn that three Xindi-Reptilians are in Detroit, Michigan in the early 21st century, they travel back in time to seek out the Reptilians and learn what they're up to. They discover the Reptilians are operating out of an old factory and kidnapping the local people to work on a catastrophic bio-weapon. As the completion date of the deadly armament closes in Archer and T'Pol face a race against the time to stop the Reptilians.
