Sci-fi drama series. Quark is suspicious when the Grand Negus, the Ferengi leader, apparently turns over a new leaf. The Rules of Acquisition have been revised - indeed reversed - and a very special gift is made to the Bajorans. A dubious Quark investigates the Grand Negus's apparent conversion.
