Offbeat American sci-fi series in which time waits for no man... except one. Sam leaps into the body of Billy Beaumont, a conman posing as a travelling rain-maker, who returns to his home town in response to the pleas of the local farmers to try to make it rain. But Sam discovers that his real mission is to stop the break-up of a marriage - a break-up that he may create by running off with his brother's wife!
