Vintage time-travelling adventure! The Doctor (Jon Pertwee) and Jo come up against the evil Time Lord, The Master, yet again when they are sent to a bleak Earth-type planet to retrieve a stolen Doomsday Machine. Before they can achieve this, they find themselves caught between warring groups of farmers and miners who both have different ideas as to how the planet should be developed.
