Another adventure for the eccentric time traveller who ends up in an alternative universe called E-Space. On the planet Alzarius, its passive inhabitants are ruled by the Deciders who have lied to them for years about their past roots. The Doctor discovers that they could leave the planet at any time and be free - but he has to convince the sceptical race.
