David Attenborough narrates a documentary following hundreds of hungry Canadian polar bears as they make their annual journey across Hudson Bay towards the town of Churchill in search of food. Global warming means that the sea ice in the bay is breaking up earlier each year, leading to more and more encounters between bears and people - if this situation continues, it could spell the end for the polar bears of Hudson Bay
