Rolf Harris, Edwina Silver and Rhodri Williams make a welcome return to the RSPCA's Greater Manchester Animal Hospital in Salford.

Its a tremendously busyt place, so its not surprising when two men bring in an injured cat found near a factory. Covered in some type of caustic substance it has some painful looking burns around its mouth. Chief vet David Yates finds some nasty ulcers in the mouth of the female cat. Worryied that the more she licks, the more poison she will ingest, the team decide to wash her.

This is just one of the tales that we will see in this new series about animals, their owners and the ones that are born-free!
