I have just red the paper which I don't normaly do.Only to read about your opperation, well as far as I am concerned it is no ones business other than yours. I am over weight and have been for years, I have lost 10st and I am trying to loose more.need opp to get rid of the skin left but can't on NHS so look well yuk. So good for you is all I can say, as for the papers keep your nose out of Ferns privet life. You are a lovely person so please Fern don't let shot sighted people get you down. Can you let me know the name of the diet pills reviewed yesterday. I think they helped someone lose 1lb. per week. I missed what Dr, Chris said about them. I am on Slimming World diet permanently and get 'dieters block 'sometimes, so these may be useful.Would they speed up my weight loss? Are they available over the counter? Thankyou.

I have just watched a lady called Helen ,whose husband was murdered by 3 teenagers.I think she is a very brave lady and I hope her message gets across and people realise the importance of what she is saying . I taught for over 20 years and I always taught children to be responsible for their own actions . Let's stop apportioning blame onto others-those teenagers knew what they were doing was wrong.We must teach children to have more RESPECT-respect for themselves,respect for other people and respect for the environment.

I am a women aged 41, I was watching the show about liver damage.I have been told my liver is at 93 and i dont drink.I used to take 8 solphidine every day and did for a long time.Now i may take 1 or 2 a day trying to go off them slowly because they are addictive.
I live in Ireland and they are sold over the counter which they shouldnt,there are many people like me i know,i just hope i stopped in time.

please would you contact me about the next charity cycle ride which Fern takes part in. I am a registered blind albino with some sight who has had a lot of trauma in my life. A lot more than anyone should have to bare. I feelI have a lot to prove to myself and my family with whoom I have just recently resumed contact with after 6 years. I had a breakdown when my mum died and ended up in a mental institution for 7 months. I am 41 and this would give me the biggest boost to my confidence and and self esteem. I had a great job with social services but because of my illness I had to retire due to health grounds. I was anorexic and went down to five and a half stone. I now am back to normal weight. There is so much more to tell. Please would you let me join in the cycle with you, it would mean the world to me.
