    My husband and I want to say how very much we enjoy the One Show each evening with Adrian and Christine and the rest of the team. We feel it is the best show on TV, so relaxing and entertaining and a really super team. Please let it run and run and run.

    regarding school cookery. Some of the pupils of Alperton School Wembley

    have been coming to Sudbury Neighbourhood Centre to cook & serve a meal for some of the clients as part of their A Levels. The meals are great, all varied, the menus are chosen by the pupils and the cheerfulness of the pupils light up the day. For more info please e-mail me. Best regards Ron

    Can you please tell me on the wild life section of the programme on Monday 20th October 2008, (a) what was the animal that caused the earth disturbance in the lawn without claw marks? Was it a badger? and (b) What animal made the the "mystery noise?"

    The judges can comment and give their scores based on the technical merit of each dancer because they can see the whole of the dancers body and technical footwork close up. We the viewers can only vote on what we are allowed to see by the cameras. if we cant see TECHNICAL VIRTUOSITY of footwork close up we have to vote on what we CAN see eg. personality and entertainment quality. John had just that.he deserved more helpful criticism rather than insults such as 'your dancing stinks'!!

    Iwatched the one show today and my heart went out for them children who had head lice who was shown on tv dont think that was right if it was my kids i would have had something to say them children may be bullied now
