Children's drama series centred on the adventures of an all-American teenage girl, Miley Stewart, who has a secret identity as pop star Hannah Montana. Miley has a throat problem that could jeapordise her career as Hannah. She needs an operation and is very scared, until her mother visits her in a dream to assure her everything will be alright.
