Documentary series looking to Albert Kahn's 'Archives of the Planet' project, in which he sent photographers around the world to document major events. Taken with the first portable colour cameras, these 72,000 photos offer unique insight into life after World War One. Between 1908 and 1930, he used his personal fortune to produce what is now generally acknowledged to be the most important collection of early colour photographs in the world.

I watched the programme. It was wonderful to see my country, Turkey in color in the early 1902s. i really want to thank you for doing this documentary. However, i would like to tell you this i do not believe in we did genocide and killed over 1 million Ermenies. Of course this is debatable but i am Turkish and not even one Turk can believe such a thing happened.
