    How can I get a copy of the Mediterranean Diet that Darren Gough went on? It seemed to be the best overall, & as both my husband & I need to lose a couple of stones we would like to try it too. Hopefully it will help to reduce my high cholesterol too.

    Double Whammy,

    I was shocked and disgusted to see how Linda Robson spat out her food on the dinner table. Insulting the Japanese family that had prepared the food for her and embarasing the Brits and the BBC at the same time!Way to go.

    The Meditteranean diet has great appeal not to mention Darren's weight loss. Overweight through medication so would apprecate if a copy of this could be forwarded or where I could find it Thanks
