A group of children with weird and wonderful powers are brought together at an academy for superheroes, tutored by former superhero Jack Shepard, aka Captain Zoom (Tim Allen). Jack must battle his own demons, particularly the memory of his estranged brother, to help the kids harness their abilities and save the world from destruction.
