Alfonso Cuarón's acclaimed road movie stars Gael García Bernal and Diego Luna as Julio and Tenoch, two buddies whose girlfriends are away in Europe. Planning a summer of drink, drugs and sex, they jokingly invite Tenoch's cousin's wife to join them on a trip to the coast. Her surprise agreement marks the beginning of simmering sexual tensions and arguments.
