Julia, a happy and bubbly teenage babysitter finds herself answering the door one late chilly night to a stranger claiming to have broken down in his car. Julia goes off to call for help but bizarrely finds the telephone lines are down. All a part of a plan, when Julia returns to the man, she finds he has gone, and taken the young children with him. Years later, Julia, now and introvert and shy college student is convinced that this same man is back, and this time he is haunting her. An intense investigation is undertaken to track down this mysterious man.
