The story of a crusading Irish journalist who tells the truth about Dublin's mobsters and pays for it with her life. Veronica Guerin (Joan Allen) follows the narcotics seam into Dublin's grimy underworld. Strong performances right through the cast and a powerful evocation of the margins of the Irish crime community.
