Jean-Claude Van Damme returns as Luc Deveraux, the mighty soldier, who is now a technical expert on a government project to build a new sophisticated breed of robotic soldier. This time he faces a new foe - a supercomputer named S.E.T.H. (Michael Jai White). A sci-fi action movie with plenty of special effects, this is one explosive adventure.
