In this powerful TV drama, Paul Hedstrom and his wife Judy appear to be a very happy couple.

However Paul has been putting Judy through domestic hell with the ever increasing beatings and abuse that he rains down on her on a daily basis.

After a particularly nasty episode, Paul rains so much violence down on his poor wife he nearly kills her.

Threatened with jail, and ashamed by his latest violent outburst, Paul decides to do something about this hateful attitude and starts attending an innovative counselling therapy programme.

By attending this programme he hope to win back the love, affection and support of his daughter.
