This is the grim but powerful true-life story of Salamo Arouch.

Salamo was a prisoner of the second world war and was held at the formiddable Auschwitz.

Forced into boxing at the camp, for the sole purpose of amusing and entertaining the Nazi soldiers he became the boxing champion.
