Drama based on true stories of courage during August 1992, when Hurricane Andrew devastated the south-eastern region of the USA. Mixing actual footage with reconstructions, the film features a cast of characters including the weatherman responsible for informing people about the hurricane, and a mother whose son was feared to be lost at sea.
