When a toy-maker dies, his empire of colour and fun falls to his martial brother instead of his clowning kids. Michael Gambon plays the upright, unsmiling General who plans to turn the toy factory into an arms manufacturing plant. Robin Williams is the whimsical son who struggles to overcome his natural diffidence and turn his fantastic imagination towards defeating the warlike General Zevo.
