Creepy fairy tale following the fortunes of a young orphan who becomes embroiled in a supernatural adventure. Brought up on his kindly grandmother's scary stories about witches, he stumbles on a real coven while on holiday. Overhearing their plans to capture all the children in Britain, he sets out to stop them, remaining undeterred throughout - even when he has been turned into a mouse.
