Action-packed espionage thriller based on a Jack Higgins novel in which special agent Sean Dillon, now working for the British government, tries to thwart the Windsor Protocol, a neo-Nazi plot to gain control of the US presidency. He finds out that the Nazis have billions of dollars in unmarked accounts, which they want to use to re-establish the Third Reich.
