Talented body artist Jake Sawyer travels to Singapore where he becomes fascinated by an exotic Samoan tattoo. But during his first attempt to master the design, he unwittingly unleashes a powerful and vengeful spirit. Jake must descend further into Pacific mysticism if he wants to banish the evil and save himself and those he loves. Horror.
