When four best friends realise that for the first time they will be doing separate things during the summer, they hit on a novel way of keeping in touch. Despite the fact that they are very different shapes and sizes, they find an amazing pair of jeans that fit all four off them perfectly and, whilst apart, proceed to pass them around along with stories of their adventures. Based on Anne Brashares' book of the same name, this is a story of four young women coming of age. It is a tale of romance, sex, fun and emotion, all linked together by a magical pair of trousers. It's a refreshing and unusual film that will leave you smiling.
