One of Errol Flynn's finest movies, here suitably dashing as Capt. Geoffrey Thorpe, a sea captain battling the wicked Spaniards. A rousing score by Korngold, Robson's feisty Queen Bess, Rains' and Daniell's hissable villains are some of the film's innumerable delights.
