Owned by deranged glam-rocker Dr Frank N Furter (a powerhouse performance by Tim Curry, pictured), it's full of alien revellers from the planet Transylvania. Directed by Jim Sharman, the film was adapted from Richard O'Brien's stageplay. O'Brien plays Riff Raff in the movie. Others to look out for include Meat Loaf (Eddie), Christopher Biggins (a Transylvanian) and model, actress and photographer Koo Stark as an uncredited bridesmaid.
