Abis Mal finds the lamp that Iago dumped and accidentally sets the evil Jafar free. When the genie returns from his world trip he finds trouble brewing. Aladdin is defending Iago, and upsetting the Sultan and Jasmine, while Jafar is plotting revenge. More dastardly deeds in the desert ensue in this stunning sequel.
