Neil Simon 's hit comedy about an unfortunate couple whose trip to New York meets with disaster every step of the way. George Kellerman (Jack Lemmon) has been invited on an all-expenses-paid trip to the Big Apple to attend an interview for his dream job. He decides to make the most of it and takes his wife along to enjoy the sights of the city before he has to meet with his potential new employer. But whatever could go wrong does go wrong, from the moment their plane departs for New York as their dream trip becomes a nightmare!
