The arrival of a young drifter in a coastal town triggers a wave of bizarre events. Vann Siegert breezes into town and is warmly welcomed by an older couple. They offer him their missing daughter's bedroom and find him a job at the post office. But the disappearance of a high school football star is just the start of a series of strange events...
