Heart-warming drama about two young boys who forge a friendship based on their mutual love of adventure stories.

Max (Elden Ratliff) has learning problems and is barely literate, while Kevin (Kieran Culkin) is physically deformed.

The pair meet when Kevin is instructed to be Max's reading helper - and thus begins a tale of knights, heroes and adventure.
