This swashbuckling action adventure has it all. Imprisoned for two decades, Don Diego de la Vega/Zorro (Anthony Hopkins) must find a successor to thwart Don Rafael Montero (Stuart Wilson), who plans to bring California under his total control.

Montero is the powerful, former Spanish governor of Alta California, who cost de la Vega his freedom and his wife, and abducted his daughter Elena (Zeta-Jones).

Don Diego finds and transforms Alejandro Murieta (Antonio Banderas) - a bandit with a troubled past - into a new Zorro who he hopes will help him foil Montero's schemes once and for all. And the sparks really fly when the new Zorro meets Elena.

Great fun.
