Drama about a washed-up Hollywood producer eager for one more shot at the big time, whose last chance for glory is dashed when a writer who offers him an option on his script, makes a deal with a hot young producer at the last minute. With only 72 hours to go before his option expires, the old producer desperately tries to buy the script - by any means necessary.
