Spy film in which a bright college dropout uses his job in a defence department to sell top-secret information to the Russians. Working with his best friend, a long-term drug addict, their operation becomes increasingly sophisticated and lucrative. But when the dropout finds the pressure too much and wants to back out, he meets hostility from both sides. Based on a true story, from the book by Robert Lindsay.
