Full-length feature film about chemist David Banner, who, as a result of an experiment gone awry, finds himself periodically transformed into a terrifying superhuman avenger. Banner takes a job with a scientist who he thinks may have a cure for his condition, but before any potion has an opportunity to work, the scientist is kidnapped and Banner's raging green alter-ego is forced back into action.
