Yun-Fat Chow is one of New York's top cops, assigned to infiltrate the Triads, who are increasing their influence in Chinatown. When new recruit Mark Wahlberg joins the unit, as an outsider, only he can see how close Yun-Fat has grown to identifying with his target and, as well as fighting the Triads, he must get his boss back on track so the pair can end the violence of the gangs forever.
