Fact-based crime thriller, starring Dennis Farina and Billy Zane as a pair of notorious killing cousins, who murdered 10 women in Los Angeles during a five month period in the late 1970s. Richard Crenna co-stars as the determined policeman whose life is consumed by the case as he struggles to track down the dangerous duo.
