Polly Walker plays a young Irish governess who arrives in Spain to join the wealthy Areavaga family, where she falls under the spell of the the family's married son. But, as the Spanish Civil War looms and riots and street battles break out, so their illicit affair is conducted under a cloud in Nick Hamm's romantic drama.
