Eleven years after their horrific experiences at reform school, Tommy Marcano and John Reilly have become two-bit American gangsters, Lorenzo Carcaterra is a reporter and Michael Sullivan an assistant DA. The four are reunited when they chance across one of the guards who abused them when they were younger and take their chance for revenge.
