Sequel to the 1976 Oscar-winning favourite which catapulted Sylvester Stallone to megastardom. Things are looking grim for the Philadelphia boxer, his wife is in a post-natal coma, and he has an eye injury that could cost him his sight. But his heavyweight-champion rival's pride is still smarting from their first bout, and he wants a rematch with the Italian Stallion.
