In this fourth adventure featuring Marnie Piper, she arrives at the Halloweentown University - known to everyone as Witch U. Her best friend Aneesa is a student there too, and before you can say abracadabra the bewitching pair find themselves up to their witches' hats in magical mischief and mayhem. Between them the girls manage to foil the trouble that's brewing and have some fun too.
