Complex chiller about an unhinged child psychologist who kidnaps children for his psychologist father's dubious research, murdering any adults who get in the way. Aided and abetted by Cain, his evil twin and alter ego, he kidnaps his own daughter and attempts to frame his wife's former lover for her abduction
