Estate agent Lacey Farrell sells the apartment of a recently deceased girl. Her grieving mother tells Lacey that she suspects the death was murder, but before Lacey can act on her intuition, the mother is killed. The New York realtor is forced into witness protection to escape the mystery hitman.
