British comedy about the hapless grandson of the Prime Minister, a news vendor outside Parliament forced into a career change by his grandfather who arranges a job for him as a reporter on a small seaside newspaper. However, things do not go according to plan when the rookie reporter sets off for the coastal town of Tinmouth.
